Review of the Victorian Aboriginal Justice Agreement Agreement (Department of Justice, Victoria, 2005)
Summary:
This was a statewide evaluation of the Victorian Aboriginal Justice Agreement against its main aim: To minimise Indigenous over-representation in the criminal justice system by improving accessibility, utilisation and effectiveness of justice-related programs and services, in partnership with the Aboriginal community.
Methodology included stakeholder and community consultations, comprehensive data gathering and analysis (demographic and justice-related) and literature review.
